METHODS, COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products, since they depend on where you want to send the order and sometimes also on the amount, weight or size of your order. Orders over 100€ are free in the Iberian Peninsula. In the case of the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, we reserve the right to revise the weight of the order, depending on the weight the shipping cost can be claimed.

Once you have your order in the cart and add the shipping address, the system will offer you all the transport possibilities you have for the area to which you want to send your purchase with its price and estimated delivery time. Remember that we can send the package to the address you tell us, it doesn't have to be your home, you just have to choose the transport that best suits you depending on how much you want to spend, the urgency of your shipment or your previous experiences with any of our transportation providers.

All terms are expressed in working periods (hours or working days). Courier companies do not work on Saturdays or holidays.

DEADLINES AND DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF ORDERS

Orders are processed at our facilities only from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The deadline for daily receipt of orders with standard transport is 2:00 p.m., those collected before this time being sent the same day. Therefore, each day we will process orders received between 2:00 p.m. of the previous business day and 2:00 p.m. of the present day. When choosing the transport provider you will see that each one has its delivery time. Please note that shipping times are calculated in business days.

TRANSPORT OFFER

When you enter the shipping address, the page will indicate which ones are available, but below you can find a little information about each of them:

  • CORREOS: Managed by the Spanish state postal mail company. The shipping price depends on the destination and weight of your package. It will take your order to the address you have chosen within a period of 3 to 5 working days, if they cannot find you at the address, they will leave the merchandise at the nearest office.

CUSTOMS

You must take into account that the shipping costs to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and areas not belonging to the European Customs Union do not include import duties that may exist, nor local taxes, which will be paid at destination by the recipient of the merchandise. . Customs clearance handling fees may be charged if applicable. It is recommended to contact the transport agency with the shipping code that will be provided at the time of shipping.

SPECIAL SHIPPING CONDITIONS
  • Pre-orders and Reservations: They are products that have not yet been released and that you can order or reserve in advance to make sure you can get them. 

  • Special products: they are products with little turnover that we will have to ask the manufacturer for.

If you mix this type of products with special shipping conditions and normal products in the same order, by default we will send you the entire order, taking into account the delivery time of the product that takes longer to arrive.
