11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

To resolve any controversy, the parties will submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the registered office of the Responsible for the website. In the event that any stipulation of these General Conditions of Use is unenforceable or void under the applicable legislation or as consequence of a judicial or administrative resolution, said unenforceability or nullity will not make these General Conditions of Use unenforceable or void as a whole.
