Splendor: Marvel is a themed version of the popular Splendor board game set in the Marvel universe. Players act as team leaders, using the Infinity Gems to recruit heroes and villains and earn Infinity points. The goal is to be the first to assemble a powerful team and enough points to claim the Infinity Gauntlet and win the game, preventing Thanos from ending the world.

This board game combines the resource acquisition and engine-building mechanic of classic Splendor with the rich Marvel theme. Players use tokens representing the Infinity Gems (as resources) to acquire Character cards (Heroes and Villains) which grant Infinity points and permanent bonuses. These bonuses make it easier to acquire more expensive cards and key Location pieces. The game presents an epic challenge: preventing Thanos from succeeding. To win, a specific combination of characters and points must be reached to become eligible to claim the special Infinity Gauntlet piece. It includes 39 Gem tokens, 90 cards, and unique components like the "Avengers Assemble!" token and the Gauntlet.
