The concept couldn't be simpler: on your turn, with extreme care, you must take one of the Fuzzies and relocate it anywhere higher up the tower than its current position. The golden rule is stability: any move that causes the Fuzzy you are moving, or any other, to fall will penalize you. But the worst failure is singular: knocking down the tower means losing the game!
