In this family-friendly adventure, players work together to guide Frodo and Sam to Mount Doom. If the Ring-bearer reaches the fiery chasm, everyone wins the game.
Each turn, players roll dice to move the figures across the board and to face the perils of their journey. Failing battles or challenges reduces the Ring-bearer’s courage, tracked on the bravery meter. If the marker on the bravery meter ever reaches the bottom, the players lose the game.
Travel through iconic locations like Rivendell, Lothlórien, Helm’s Deep, Isengard, and Minas Morgul. Each stage of the journey presents unique challenges, but you’ll also encounter allies who can help you overcome battles or boost Frodo’s courage.
Adventure to Mount Doom offers great versatility, with gameplay variations that make it easier or more difficult to suit different groups.
